Once you schedule a move with Redan Movers, a binding agreement is formed. We agree to provide moving, packing, storage, or related services as outlined in your quote or confirmation.
A valid name, contact number, address, and service date are required to confirm your booking.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled move may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.
Full payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept major payment methods (cash, credit/debit cards, etc.).
Quotes are based on the information provided and may be adjusted for extra labor, time, or unexpected conditions.
Redan Movers takes care in handling your belongings, but we are not liable for damage caused by improper packing (if packed by customer).
Limited liability applies to fragile items unless they are packed by our team.
Please notify us of any high-value or specialty items in advance.
Ensure clear access to pickup and delivery locations.
Secure parking or necessary permits if applicable.
Be present during pickup and delivery unless otherwise arranged.
We do not move hazardous materials, firearms, illegal substances, live animals, or perishable goods.
We are not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, road closures, or events beyond our control. We always strive to communicate clearly and minimize disruption.
Storage, if provided, is at the customer’s risk. Please inquire for insurance options and storage policies.
We may update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the most current version.
